    • structure evolution of amorphous carbon film upon annealing, used visible Raman and High resolution transmission electron microscopy to study the structure of the a-C film before and after annealing, and studied the field emission property of the laser annealed a-C film.

    • CNT are self-growth in our lab using PECVD system and are realized on lithography patterned catalyst substrate
    • RF studies of CNT involved the fabrication of tampered coplanar lines to study the S-parameters characteristics of CNT.
